3 Reasons You Should Watch The Polar Express

The Polar Express is a 2004 Christmas movie, written and produced by Robert Zemeckis. It’s a motion capture computer-animated fantasy film, based on the children’s book by Chris Van Allsburg of the same name. It’s running time is 100 minutes. The Polar Express won, the Young Artist Award for Best Performance in a Feature Film.

1. The Polar Express is my favourite Christmas movie! Everyone should watch it. Make it a Christmas family tradition to watch it at Christmas Time.

2. Tom Hanks stars in it, playing six different roles; Hero Boy (motion-capture only), Hero Boy’s father, the Train Conductor, the Hobo, Santa Claus and the Narrator. Josh Hutcherson also plays the Hero Boy.

3. The plot of the story is: ‘On Christmas Eve a doubting boy boards a magical train that’s headed to the North Pole and Santa Claus’ home.’ The backgrounds are bright, and colourful. The characters are good and genuine and likeable.

Just 3 of the many reasons why you should watch the Polar Express Children’s movie, suitable for all ages!

Hope you enjoy it as much as I do. Seen it before? Or you want to? Leave your comments below!
